A Poem A Day Series: Part 12

WELL, I’ve been missing in action for most of this week, so if you were looking for some poems, I do apologise. However, I have a wonderful poem for you today, and it comes from an online literary magazine that I only recently found myself. I’m not too sure if they’re still publishing, but you can still read their work.

When reading this poem, I recommend that you A) read it out loud and B) bop your head because the rhythm throughout is wonderful, and I’m not just saying that to entice you into reading it. Once again, have a read of the rest of the magazine. Have a search of the poet. You know the drill.

So, moving swiftly on. Today’s poem is: Crying alone in a bed meant for two by Josie Alford

Disclaimer: This series is to give the poems and magazines further exposure, and I have provided a link to the website/magazine where the poem was originally published. However, if you are the editor and would like me to take down the poem, please contact me below.
